Meet Jeannette Bajalia, BPC®
Jeannette is a dedicated Senior Wealth Manager at JL Smith who started her second career in financial advising after she retired as a corporate executive. She was motivated by advisors often not understanding women’s goals and needs and wanted to be part of changing that. She has nearly two decades of experience helping clients and is especially experienced in elder care and life transition planning for widows and women dealing with spousal status change.
Education & Experience
Jeannette’s education led her to earning her undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in human resources management from the University of North Florida. She believes in constantly evolving and working to better herself, and quickly pivoted herself to starting a career in financial planning and advising. As a Bucket Plan Certified (BPC®) advisor, she led Petros Financial Group, a Florida based holistic wealth management and tax planning firm that is now proudly integrated with JL Smith. She also founded Woman’s Worth®, a national initiative that assists women with their financial goals and helps train other advisors on how they can best serve women.

She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and enjoys spending her time away from the office staying active, walking on the beach searching for shark teeth, working in ministry groups, and reading.
